The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “customer” or “you”) with Wallbaby AB (hereinafter referred to as “Wallbaby”, “us” or “we”), at wallbaby.com.

When placing an order and/or using wallbaby.com, the customer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) laid down herein.

The Terms and Conditions may be subject to changes in the future. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on our website. However, the version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to your purchase will be those on our website at the time you purchased products from us.

We can only enter into purchase agreements with persons having legal capacity being 18 years or older and who are not under guardianship.

All intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and trademarks at wallbaby.com remain with Wallbaby or its licensors. Any use of content on wallbaby.com, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the prior consent of Wallbaby.

The Terms and Conditions should be read along with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy which describe how we process your personal data.


The prices on wallbaby.com include the statutory VAT. Any cost for shipping will be added to the cost and paid by you.

If for any reason Wallbaby is unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you at our earliest convenience. If Wallbaby has received payment from you for such cancelled order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used to make the payment.


You are obliged to provide Wallbaby with a valid and correct delivery address. Wallbaby dispatches orders in the order in which they are placed. After an order has been placed and confirmed, Wallbaby aims to deliver the order within 1-5 business days to a delivery address in Sweden and 2-10 business days to a delivery address outside of Sweden. However, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events, see further in Section 7.

During the check-out process, you will be informed about the delivery details. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation by email (if you have provided us with your email address) that includes your expected delivery details. You can choose to have your parcel shipped with PostNord, DHL or Budbee. If the delivery time exceeds the scheduled date, please contact Wallbaby on [email protected].

If a delivered parcel is not collected by you, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering all delivery charges, including any additional penalty and processing fees.

The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of long-term delivery delays.


If you decide you would like to return the products, you may do so until 14 days after you have received or collected the order. Please note that the right to withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made specifically for your order.

If you wish to return your order, please provide Wallbaby with notice in writing via email to [email protected] or by post using the pre-printed return form or by filling in and submitting the standard form issued by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Sw. Konsumentverket) found here.

Wallbaby is not liable for any costs due to your withdrawal. Return costs (such as shipping) must be paid by you. The said does not apply in case any products are deemed defective and Wallbaby will then pay for return costs for the defective product(s). Please contact us via email at [email protected] in case of any defective product and to organize a return. In case of an approved complaint the consumer will be reimbursed for shipping costs.

Wallbaby guarantees that each shipment is examined before it is delivered to the customer. Should the product nevertheless be broken or faulty when it arrives, you as a customer may complain about the product. The right of complaint is 3 years. A reasonable time to state a defect in the product is no later than 2 months after the defect was discovered. Read more at www.konsumentverket.se

If the complaint is not approved, the customer may have to stand for the return cost and other administrative costs.

When Wallbaby has received your returned purchase, we will send you a notice confirming receipt of the order. Wallbaby will provide a refund, provided that all products are returned in the same condition they were upon your receipt. This means the products should be in its original packaging and not have been used or damaged.

We will provide a refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have evidence of you having sent back the order to us or if we have received the return.

Credit card or Debit card

Wallbaby accept valid credit and debit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We may also accept other payment methods which can be set out on wallbaby.com from time to time. You will be charged with the applicable amount once the products are dispatched from our warehouse. Prior to the charge, the amount will immediately be reserved on your card when the order is placed. Wallbaby reserves the right to perform a validity check of the used credit or debit card. As a result of these checks, Wallbaby may refuse orders.

Other payment options

We also offer payments via our partners Klarna, iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other partners from time to time. Please see our current available payment options at check-out along with the terms and conditions of each payment service provider.


The Terms and Conditions does not intend to exclude or limit Wallbaby’s liability regarding matters subject to non-waivable applicable law.

Wallbaby is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of opportunity or loss of profits; or for failure to deliver the products or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond Wallbaby’s reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to storm, civil disturbance, nuclear accident and riot.

Our maximum liability to you for any losses or damages arising in connection with your purchase on wallbaby.com shall be limited to the total price of the purchased products.

If there are any defects in the products you have purchased, Wallbaby will comply with the concerned products’ warranties. If you find an issue with your purchase, please contact us on [email protected].


Wallbaby uses its best efforts to display the attributes, such as colours and composition, of our products in an accurate way on our website. However, the colour displayed on your device will depend on your computer system and Wallbaby can therefore not guarantee that your device will accurately display such colours.


The gift card is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue and can be used at wallbaby.comAfter the expiry date, the card cannot be used as payment or reactivated, nor can any remaining value be reimbursed. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Your gift card is legal tender at Wallbaby – make sure you keep it safe! Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.


If any part of the Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions contained herein shall continue to apply.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by substantive Swedish law.

If a dispute would arise, we will do our best to resolve the matter. First, disputes should be resolved with Wallbaby’s Customer Service. If a dispute can not be resolved between you and Wallbaby, you can file a complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Sw. Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, shortened “ARN”). You can also submit your complaint to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”), which is available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If you submit a complaint via the ODR platform, your matter will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution body.

Wallbaby will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes or any other corresponding dispute resolution body.
