Were there not as many sparks as you expected between you and your poster? That’s OK, shit happens. You have 14 days to think things through, starting from the day you receive your shipment. Once you’re sure it’s not the right match for you, here’s what to do:
Send us an email letting us know about your decision and that the order will be making its way back to us.
Make sure it’s all in one piece. If the poster or frame is damaged or worn, we’ll have to charge a fine. The frames plastic protection should not have been removed.
After receiving the package you have 14 days to safely wrap it up into it's original packaging and send it our way.
