Were there not as many sparks as you expected between you and your poster? That’s OK, it happens. You have 14 days to think things through, starting from the day you receive your shipment. Once you’re sure it’s not the right match for you, here’s what to do:
Let us know about your decision – through Withdraw from contract or by e-mail – and that the order will be making its way back to us.
Please send it back unused and in one piece, with the frame’s plastic protection still on. If the poster or frame has been handled more than needed to see what it is like and has lost value as a result, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.
Once you’ve told us, you have 14 days to send it our way – safely wrapped, ideally in its original packaging.
We’ll refund you as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you told us you’re withdrawing. We may wait until the parcel has reached us or you’ve shown us that you’ve sent it. We refund the standard delivery you paid for; sending the parcel back costs a fee – see the return fees here.
