Maxime Rokus is a modern artist and has been an artist for as long as she can remember. She grew up in Amsterdam, surrounded by inspiration, and quickly fell in love with the art of drawing and creating. From the moment she was able to hold a pencil, Maxime was always sketching stick puppets and other very imaginative shapes and subjects. As she grew older, her passion for art only grew stronger. She knew that she wanted to turn her passion into a career and started producing design projects for personal requests and commissioned work. Maxime now works as a freelance creative all-rounder under her own brand, "By Maxime Rokus.

Common motifs in her artworks is the human figure, interiors, and a continuous exploration of the relationship between form and color are recurring themes in my art. She sought to capture the essence of these subjects in unconventional ways.
